Hello my dear friends,

The human body, in its apparent complexities, can be quite simple to understand.

The magic that goes on in life on all levels, both macro and microcosm, is way beyond what human consciousness can comprehend.

Keeping your life and the things of your life simple sets you free from the chains of human ego intellectualism that’s lost in how life might work.

The Cellular Basis of Life

Let’s go on a little journey and look at the reality and simplicity of your human body. The human and, for that matter, animal bodies are made exclusively of cells.

All life in the physical can be said to be made of cells and fluids. Cells are considered “Structure / Function” as they form and perform their individual functions, producing steroids, hormones, neurotransmitters or the like.

All living things, including animals and plants, have two functions that are essential to their existence.

First is consumption: In one way or another, a physical body made of cells needs energy to function. Therefore, we have Digestion and a Blood system simply known as “The Kitchen” of the body. Like your house, a kitchen is vital to the inhabitants of the house to live, but equally as important is the second essential function, elimination of the by products from the activity of the cells or people in the house eating from the kitchen.

This includes the proper elimination of both digestive waste and cellular waste. Most wastes and by-products of the cells are acids. Stool the same way.

The Lymphatic System

Your kidneys are the main eliminative organs of the body’s cellular acid removal system, which is called the Lymphatic System. Again, the Lymphatic System is simply the body’s sewer system.

A simple overview of this would be that your body’s cells are the houses, the lymph vessels are the septic lines, then there are the septic tanks called lymph nodes. You need bacteria in your lymph nodes like you do in the septic tanks of your house. From your septic tanks (lymph nodes) it’s out to the outside world either through the kidneys or skin, the body’s third kidney.

Now, what would happen if your kidneys and/or skin lost their ability to eliminate your cellular wastes, which, keep in mind, are acids? What does acid damage look like on your skin?

Human Diet and Health

Homo sapiens are frugivores by design as are their genetic partners, the primates. Only one vertebrate is a high protein eater and there are big prices to pay for that lifestyle. Humans have predominantly followed a high-protein diet for generations. Protein is the number one “killer” of the kidneys and gut tissues according to the World Health Organization and humans are designed to have the least amount of protein of all the vertebrates in nature.

The whole world of diseases is nothing more than a backed-up sewer system (acids) causing inflammatory responses, tumors to form and cells to die. This is why your body’s lymphatic system is the 1st system to work on as it is the biggest system of them all.

Along with the Lymphatic system, you must address your digestive system. This system directly affects the blood or kitchen of the body.

The Body as a House

It becomes simple to understand the physical body when you use your house as an example. Your physical body is simply your house or vehicle while you’re in this physical world. All things require consumption and therefore requires elimination.

The Electrical System is just another vital system that must be worked on. A house with no lights is always dark.

So, learn the systems of your physical body as there are basically only 8. Keep always in mind system #1, the Lymphatic System.

Nature's Chemistry and Botanicals

Nature offers both sides of chemistry; remember duality. It produces chemistry that will destroy your body and chemistry that will repair and regenerate your physical body. The game is on; which side do you want to play on?

The magical properties of botanicals are created perfectly for our bodies (and animals too) and are fun to use to repair our bodies.

Remember, plants have the same mental and emotional bodies as well as, of course, physical bodies. Never underestimate the intelligence of plants.

Have fun with our new magical Botanical Formulas for cellular (tissue) regeneration.

In order of importance, we recommend you use a botanical protocol and work on these systems that your physical body is divided into:

Note: An Iris analysis is greatly beneficial in helping you to determine which systems are in trouble and how much trouble they are in.

1. The Lymphatic System

(Sewer, Immune, Protective System)

Lymphatic system anatomy illustration showing green lymph vessels and nodes throughout the upper body, highlighting the intricate network within the human torso and arms.

This system includes:

  • Urinary Tract System:
    • Kidneys
    • Bladder
    • Ureter
    • Urethra
    • Adrenal Glands
  • Integumentary (Skin) System:
    • Skin
    • Thyroid
  • Blood System (Diet)
  • Endocrine System
    • Adrenals
    • Thyroid
    • Thymus
    • Pituitary
  • Main Immune System
    • Thymus
    • Bone Marrow
    • Spleen
  • Lymphoid Organs
    • Spleen
    • Gallbladder (Hypulysis Lipids)
  • Mucosal System
    • Mucus protective system
  • Lymph/Interstitial Fluid
  • Lymph Vascular System
    • Lymph Nodes (Septic Tanks)
  • Protective Fluids System
    • Cytoplasm (Cell Fluid)
    • Synovial (Knee Joint) Fluid
    • Eye Fluids, etc.

Your body’s lymphatic system is a huge sewer/immune/protective system larger than your body’s blood system. Your lymphatic system has eliminative organs where the blood does not.

Your spleen serves as the detox and regenerating organ to the blood, which is a lymphoid organ. Your lymphatic system simply is the body’s sewer system to 75 trillion plus cells.

2. The Digestive System

(Alimentary Tract often called the gastrointestinal “GI” tract)

3D medical illustration of human digestive system, showing glowing red intestines and organs within blue body outline, labeled 'Digestive System' on dark background.

This system includes:

  • Mouth
  • Teeth
  • Tongue
  • Salivary glands
  • Pharynx
  • Throat
  • Esophagus
  • Stomach
  • Small intestines
  • Colon (large intestine)
  • Pancreas
  • Pancreatic ducts

The Pancreas acts like an exo and endo-crine gland which produces hormones, enzymes, etc.

The hepatic blood system can be considered a part of the digestive system, as the liver and blood are the beneficiaries of the digestive system.

Simply put, your digestive system is an enzymatic system.

Note: The liver is the “chemical” factory of the body, not the detoxifying organ they claim.

Note: There are many tubular and tree-like glands in your pancreas, liver, stomach, intestines, and salivary glands, that secrete unknown substances.

Note: The Blood/Liver formula is also excellent for the Pancreas and GI tract. I use the Blood/Liver first because of its far-reaching effects on multiple systems, then the Pancreas formula if needed. Taking both is also fine.

Botanical Formulas Recommended

Essential

  • Bowels - Level 1 through 4
  • Blood/Liver
  • Pancreas
  • Note: Can be used individually or together

Optional

  • Parasites
  • Endocrine System
  • Intestinal Deep Clean
  • Anti-Fungal
  • Urinary – Level 1 through 4
  • Lymph – Level 1 through 4

3. The Endocrine System

(The Glands)

Medical illustration of human endocrine system showing kidneys, highlighting adrenal glands in blue and purple, set against a red background with skeletal structure visible.

This system includes:

  • Hypothalamus
  • Pituitary
  • Thyroids
  • Parathyroids
  • Thymus
  • Heart
  • Pancreas
  • Adrenal glands
  • Ovaries
  • Prostate
  • Testes

Simply put, your physical body’s glandular system controls basically everything that goes on in the human body. They control the organs, the fluid flows, pH needs etc.

The glands cellularly produce the body’s hormones, steroids, enzymes, neurotransmitters, and the like, to accomplish this.

Your body's endo/exocrine system in some way touches all the systems in the body. An example, your adrenal glands affect the digestive system, the lymphatic system, the blood system, the neurological systems, the reproductive system, and the pulmonary system, etc.

However, for the sake of building health, we'll consider the endo/exocrine gland system its own.

Note: Glandulars can be taken for any endocrine gland. Caution with dosages. Naturopathic only recommended.

Botanical Formulas Recommended

Essential

  • Endocrine System

Optional

  • Adrenal Glands
  • Pituitary
  • Glandulars

4. The Blood System

This system includes:

  • Pulmonary System
    • Oxygen/ATP System
  • Cardiovascular System
    • Heart
  • Hepatic System
    • Liver/Gallbladder - chemical factories
  • Lymphatic System
    • Spleen
  • Blood Cells (RBCs) / Immune Cells (WBCs, etc.)
  • Dissolved Solutes
    • Proteins
    • Formed elements and water
  • Blood Vessels
    • Arteries and Vein System, The Delivery System
  • Exo and Endocrine Glands
    • Heart (Valve and Gate System)
    • Adrenal Glands (ANS)
    • Thyroid (Heart Rate)
    • Pituitary (Controller of all)
    • Parathyroid (Connective Tissue System)

The blood is the kitchen of the human body and requires fresh, raw, alkaline (electron) dominant foods to keep its pH in proper balance.

Your body's blood system is also not the body's sewer system, it's chemically impossible.

However, the job of your body's lymphatic system is the removal of sewage from approx. 75 plus trillion cells. Since most systemic cellular wastes are acids, and around 3 pH at that, so a lipid based system is essential to neutralizing or controlling) the acid effect upon cells.

The retention of proteins, metabolic and kenetic acids can lead to death of the cells of your body if retained. The medical community calls the symptoms of the above, DISEASES!

Cleaning your lymphatic system also cleans the blood, however, one must look at the whole system of the blood. Your spleen is a lymphoid organ that your blood system uses to clean itself of proteins, various kinetic acids, foreign chemistry, etc.

Your spleen is considered under the lymphatic system; however, it can be said a blood organ as well. Blood platelets, various immune cells also come out of the spleen/bone marrow matrix.

Your body's liver is simply the body's chemical factory, constantly biotransmutating chemistry. An example of this is converting glycogen to glucose or vise-versa. Proteins (amino acids) into glucose, etc.

Botanical Formulas Recommended

Essential

  • Blood/Liver
  • Blood/Mover

Optional

  • Lungs
  • Heart
  • Bowels – Level 1 through 4
  • Urinary – Level 1 through 4
  • Lymph – Level 1 through 4

5. The Nervous Systems

Your body has 2 nervous systems. The Central Nervous System (CNS) is the command center and communicates with the mind and the ANS.

The Autonomic Nervous System (ANS) is your worker bee nervous system, which is dualistic and has 2 sides to it, sympathetic and parasympathetic, push/pull if you will.

All movement requires the ANS; the CNS is simply the command center. A high fructose diet is essential for good nerve and brain function.

Note: The Yale study found the body converts glucose into fructose in the brain.

The conclusion is obvious neurons require the high energy of fructose not glucose. With this study it explains why the brain does not uptake insulin.

A high fructose diet is the only diet for nerve regeneration and obviously function itself. A conversion of glucose an inferior simple sugar energetically into a superior simple sugar fructose is amazing in itself.

This also helps you understand why we get so much nerve regeneration on the fruit/berry diet. It further helps you understand why the humans and primates are the highest neurologically advanced species on the planet as they are frugivores.

Botanical Formulas Recommended

Essential

  • Nerve Power

Optional

  • Endocrine System
  • Adrenals (Low B/P)
  • Blood Circulation
  • Urinary – Level 1 through 4
  • Lymph – Level 1 through 4

6. The Pulmonary System

(Respiratory system)

Medical illustration of human lungs and trachea, blue and red coloration on dark background, labeled 'Pulmonary System'

Oxygen is essential to all of life, including the 75 trillion cells that comprise the human body.

The pulmonary and blood system work hand in hand. You have a total of 5 lobes of lungs, 3 on the right and 2 on the left.

The bronchial trunks are included in this system as is the windpipe (trachea) and sinuses. Your lungs can fill full of mucus if you are a smoker of any type, eat any type of dairy products or are around toxic chemicals.

Also, commercial sucrose can cause a lot of mucus as well. This all blocks the ability of the body to oxygenate the cells.

The human body is designed to take in (consume) alkaline dominant air; as air pH affects blood pH. As said, the pulmonary system is part of a larger system, the blood or food system.

Botanical Formulas Recommended

Essential

  • Lungs
  • Adrenal Glands
  • Urinary – Level 1 through 4
  • Bowels – Level 1 through 4

Optional

  • Endocrine System
  • Lymph – Level 1 through 4

7. The Skeletal System

Diagram of the human skeletal system highlighting the rib cage and pelvis.

This system includes:

  • Bones
  • Teeth
  • Cartilage
  • Connective tissue system
  • Endocrine system

Understanding this system is particularly important on many levels. It's also important to learn the parathyroid connection as well as possibly a pituitary connection to the calcium channel and your skeletal system.

Depression thought to be a mental health condition is actually a biochemistry problem where the parathyroid/pituitary weakness is effecting proper calcium utilization.

Note: An Iris Analysis is by far your best look into your endocrine glands individually.

The great benefit to this is seeing the genetic level of your tissues, and especially when it comes to your calcium system whether you have a pituitary weakness or not, which is vital to know if you want regeneration of these tissues.

Again, the calcium channel requires parathyroid & thyroid hormones. Your pituitary gland controls the thyroids and parathyroids.

Without the parathyroid PTH, taking calcium supplement will create arthritis or any other calcification. Without hormones, calcium then becomes a free-radical as it is with other metals/minerals.

Botanical Formulas Recommended

Essential

  • Skeletal Builder
  • Cell Regen
  • Endocrine System

Optional

  • Parathyroid Glandular
  • Thyroid
  • Pituitary (Very important if need)

8. The Reproductive System

The reproductive system is handled mostly through the endocrine system.

Our female formula is non-estrogenic (inflammatory), progesterone enhancing (anti-inflammatory).

The prostate formula is for enlargement and does not enhance testosterone which is acidic. Both formulas are anti-inflammatory.

There are botanical formulas for enhancement or to strengthen and repair. This formula can do both however mostly strengthen and repair. Use the arousal formula for enhancement.

Note: The urinary and lymph formulas are especially essential where there is fibroids cysts atypical cells etc Along with a good herbal program we highly recommend a raw fruit diet especially a fruit berry and melon diet.

Note: Depression and especially postpartum depression is a parathyroid weakness where PTH is low and calcium utilization is low A mother with a parathyroid and possibly a pituitary weakness can lose her teeth bones connective tissue, etc.

Botanical Formulas Recommended

Essential

  • Endocrine System
  • Female System
  • Prostate Repair
  • Urinary – Level 1 through 4
  • Lymph – Level 1 through 4

Optional

  • Adrenal Glands
  • Pituitary
  • Parathyroid Glandular
  • Head to Toe Tea douche
  • (Postpartum – calcium problems)

READ: Keep it Simple

You can keep body physiology and its systems even more simple. You can divide the human and other animal bodies into 3 basic systems.

1) The Cells

Your body is exclusively made of cells. The organs, glands, pipes, muscles, bones, etc. are all made of specialized cells. Cells are considered structure/function of the body. There are approximately 75 plus trillion cells in the human body (depending on what school you go to). Each cell is a powerhouse of consciousness, with the same etheric bodies as all life. Cells have and hold memories and have primal thoughts. Your body cells depend upon 2 factors.

I. Energy (ATP, etc., etc.)

The blood is essential to be alkaline (electrical) or death is the result.

II. Elimination

The removal of kinetic cellular residues, which are mostly acids. Metabolic cellular wastes must be eliminated out of your physical body or interstitial acidosis occurs, causing the immune response inflammation, swelling, and edema follows, and down the rabbit hole your cells go.

The medical world thinks your body recirculates your metabolic/cellular wastes back through the blood or kitchen system. So that's putting a very acidic 3 pH back into the blood which is 7.4/5, which is alkaline. This is very stupid and impossible! Your body's lymphatic system is a lipid-based system because most of the body's cellular wastes are acids. This is also why there are bacteria in your lymph nodes, without which you would be peeing 3 to 4 pH urine.

2) The Blood System

This is the kitchen of your body and includes many subsystems, however related. An example is the "hepatic" or liver which is the chemical factory for the blood. The pulmonary system is another example of blood being the beneficiary of a subsystem. In this case, of course, it brings in oxygen, processes it, and then gets rid of the byproduct, carbon dioxide, which is an acid.

Your body's blood is an alkaline, electron/electrolyte rich colloid system. Your blood also carries what's called formed elements, e.g. platelets, T and B cells, which is the protective/immune response of the blood.

So, you can see the blood system is vast and is discussed above more. Your blood is a carbon (carbohydrate/sugar) dominant system. This is essential to maintain a 7.5 pH or calcium loss is experienced.

3) The Lymphatic System

The lymphatic system is a lipid-based system. Simply put, it's your body's sewer system and follows the blood system.

As discussed above, your body's lymphatic system is much bigger than the blood system and includes many subsystems, including the urinary, integumentary, immune cell system, mucosal system, etc. You will find that when this system is backed up interstitially from the kidneys and skin, the pH around the cell is affected which then directly affects the health of the cells. Your body then initiates the inflammatory response! The medical world coins the word diseases when this system backs up, which very much affects the cells and the blood.

As said earlier, your body's lymphatic system is #1 to focus on when using herbal formulas.
