Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days, this does not include the day your order was placed, weekends, holidays or office closures.

We are open Monday – Friday from 9am – 5pm EST. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Shipping Methods

We offer Domestic and International shipping through USPS. Estimated delivery times vary based on location:

  • USPS Ground Advantage Shipping: 2-5 business days
  • USPS Priority Shipping: 1-3 business days
  • USPS Priority International Shipping: 6-10 business days to reach customs

Please note, these delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Lost Packages & Delays

We are not responsible for lost packages or delays once the order has been shipped. International shipping charges are non-refundable. Please reach out for assistance.

International Shipping & Customs Compliance

We can ship to international locations; however, we cannot guarantee that our formulas will make it through customs, as regulations are constantly changing worldwide.

We strongly recommend contacting your local customs office to inquire about Herbal Dietary Supplements before placing your order.

Any order that is denied, held, or destroyed due to customs regulations is the customer’s responsibility, and we cannot issue refunds for these situations.

Customs & Taxes

Handcrafted Botanical Formulas is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or other fees imposed during or after shipping. All such fees (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the customer’s responsibility.

Claims & Returns

Claims

Please double-check your order upon arrival. Product claims must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods. If your order has been damaged or appears to have been opened during shipping, please keep it in the original packaging and reach out to info@handcraftedbotanicals.com. 

Returns

Return requests must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods and require prior authorization from a Staff Member.

We accept returns on unopened Tincture formulas ONLY and are subject to a 20% restocking fee, bottle seal must be intact.

Return shipping costs are the customers’ responsibility and original shipping costs are nonrefundable.

Loose teas, Powder blends, Salves, and Capsulated formulas cannot be returned, thank you for your understanding.

Refunds

Once an Authorized Return is received and inspected for its integrity, an email notification will be sent. If approved, your refund will be issued back to the original form of payment. 

Please note: Refunds take up to 1 week to process after the authorized Returned product is received.
