Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

We typically process orders within 2-3 business days. Orders are not delivered on Sundays or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (like during the holidays), shipments may be delayed by a few days. In this instance, please also allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Mail carrier delays can occasionally occur. Please contact your local post office if you are concerned about the delivery of your package. Morse's Handcrafted Botanicals Store is not responsible for delays caused by USPS or any other mail carrier.

Please make sure to review your shipping information before submitting your order. Morse's Handcrafted Botanicals Store is not responsible for the input of incorrect shipping addresses. If you need to make a change to your information, please notify us as soon as possible at

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless an error was made by a member of our staff.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes (INTERNATIONAL)

Morse's Handcrafted Botanicals Store is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). 

We strongly suggest you contact your local customs office to inquire about Dietary Supplements (Herbal and/or Glandular) prior to placing your order.  Any order that is denied, held, or destroyed due to non-compliance with your country’s customs regulations is the customer's responsibility.

Lost Packages

Morse's Handcrafted Botanicals Store is not responsible for lost packages or delays in mailing. If you have not received your package, and the tracking number marks it as delivered, please contact your local post office for more information or to file a claim.


If you received your order damaged, please contact us. We will either provide a replacement or file a claim with the mailer. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods. You may be asked to supply a photograph of the damage.


Due to the personal nature of supplements and self-care items, we do not accept returns of open products. 

Unopened bottles may be returned for a refund within 30 days of receipt. A restocking fee of 20% of the product purchase price will apply. The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

To request a return, please send an email to along with your order number. 

We will provide return shipping instructions and process the refund once the returned product is received and inspected.

Refunds may take up to 2 weeks to process.
