Shipping Policy

At Handcrafted Botanical Formulas, we offer optional shipping insurance to provide extra protection for your order in case of loss, theft, or damage during transit.

How It Works

Customers may choose to purchase shipping insurance at checkout, in your shipping selection section of your shopping cart.
If insurance is purchased, we will replace or refund your order if it is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.
If a claim is necessary, customers must contact us after the package has been in transit for 30 days, but no more than 60 days, to initiate the claims process.
Shipping insurance does not cover packages held, lost, or destroyed by customs.

How It Works

If a customer declines shipping insurance, Handcrafted Botanical Formulas is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they leave our facility.

Any issues with the shipment must be resolved directly with the shipping carrier.
